Learn to run like a kid again
 

Here are a few simple (and a few not-so-simple) running technique drills that will improve your running form. The drills focus on exaggerating certain parts of the running gait to help build a stronger, more fluid stride.

Pete Magill is a coach and elite masters runner. He has won the national masters cross country championship four times, and holds three American records in the 45-49 age group: 8:36.86 for 3,000m, 14:34. 27 for 5,000m and 31:27.3 for 10,000m.
